BOOK A TRIP

1. Choose your adventure and make sure to read about the trip, itinerary, cost and services. It is important that you choose a tour that is suitable to your experience and abilities.
2. On the selected trip page, please fill in the Booking Form. You will receive an email with all the trip details, along with booking procedure and payment information.
3. After finalizing your trip details with our team, confirm your booking by making an advance payment. We will acknowledge your payment and book your trip.
4. We will assist you with all essential details from time to time before your trip begins, so that you go on the adventure fully prepared and have a great amount of fun!

TRIP DEPOSIT
You can now book your trek by paying only a 10% advance amount and pay the remaining after arriving at Kathmandu. This enables you to book and confirm your trip with only a minimum amount paid. In case of booking an expedition, the upfront fee will be slightly higher owing to the costs involved in arranging your permits, peak royalty, flights and other permissions involved. This will vary depending on the peak chosen and the upfront fee requirements.
