The Seven Summits are the highest mountains on each of the seven continents of the Earth – Mount Everest, Aconcagua, Denali, Kilimanjaro, Elbrus, Vinson, Carstensz Pyramid. Climbing to the summit of all of them is regarded as a mountaineering challenge, first achieved on 30 April 1985 by Richard Bass >> Prerequisite for Seven Summits Challenge: These climbs are recommended for people with a high level of fitness and prior experience at high altitude. Climbers should be familiar with climbing equipment and have basic climbing skills. Steep terrain that requires rock, snow and ice craft. Climbers must be experienced with rope techniques, abseiling, rappelling, and cramponing. The terrain can be challenging, so you should have completed a few high-altitude climbs before taking on this adventure.
